Venue Set Up & Decorating
Love Halloween? Got a knack for the spooky and dramatic?
Whether you’re a cobweb connoisseur or just someone who thrives on Halloween spirit, we want you on our Haunt Team!
We’re looking for creative, hands-on volunteers to help transform the rustic barn into a chilling, spine-tingling scene. From hanging eerie decorations and curtain swag to setting up pumpkin patches, your flair will help bring the haunt to life!
Lil' Zombie Zone
If you enjoy a bit of mischief and fun, we need help with some family-friendly outdoor games! Help us create a spooky and safe space filled with ghoulish games, creepy crafts and lots of little monsters having a blast!
We need friendly faces to supervise activities, guide games, hand out prizes and assist with crafts. Costumes welcome — the sillier or spookier, the better!
Witch's Brew
Mocktail Bar
Whether you're a seasoned bartender or just love serving up spooky vibes, we need:

Bar Keeps – Help with setup, restocking, and keeping the cauldron bubbling

Bartenders – Shake, stir, and serve delicious (non-alcoholic) Halloween-themed mocktails to our guests

After the Witching Hour
When the fair ends, the magic fades. The spooky fun may be over, but we still need helping hands to wrap it all up!
We need your help to sweep away the cobwebs and return the venue to its pre-haunted state.
Tasks include taking down decorations, packing up supplies, and general venue clean-up.
